Executive Committee

Galen Nixon

President

Galen Nixon is a senior neuroscience major at the College. She served as the Vice President of Chapter Development prior to being elected President. To her, Phi Mu is all about the people--the friendships, the support system, and the network. It's because of the people that Phi Mu has become such an invaluable piece of her college experience. Her favorite part of being on exec is the ability to serve the chapter by creating and providing that same invaluable experience for others.

Marysha Jones

VP of Chapter Development

Our VP of Chapter Development is currently acting as a recruitment counselor and is a senior at the college majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. Her favorite thing about Phi Mu is how bonded the sisterhood is and how easy it is to form close relationships, and her favorite thing about being on the executive committee is striving to make sure the chapter continues to grow and build together.

Aria Troupe

VP of Committees

Aria Troupe is a junior at the College, studying International Relations and Data Science. Outside of Phi Mu, she's a co-president of the Student Partnership for Aid and International Development, a research fellow for Medical Aid Nicaragua: Outreach Scholarship (MANOS), and a research assistant for the Center for African Development. Aria's favorite part of Phi Mu and being VP of Committees is the fun sisterhood and getting to work with all of the committees and chairmen. She feels like she gets to support and build relationships with every sister in the chapter!

Taylor Peterson

Secretary

Taylor is a junior at the College majoring in Accounting and minoring in Public Health. Her favorite part of Phi Mu is how genuine everyone is and how it lends itself to fostering lasting friendships. Being able to serve our sisterhood on the executive committee has been such a positive experience for Taylor and she is so grateful for the friendships that have been a direct result of being on exec.

Riley Poling

Panhellenic Delegate

Riley is a junior at the College majoring in History and Global Studies with a concentration in European studies. Her favorite part of Phi Mu is getting to know such a genuine group of women and creating friendship that will last a life time. As a member of the executive board, Riley is grateful for the wonderful leadership skills she has learned and for the opportunity to help our sisterhood grow.

Lauren Marici

Membership Director

Lauren Marici is a senior biology major. She also enjoys being on the executive board for Club softball and doing biology research in Dr. Wawersik’s lab. Her favorite part of being in Phi Mu is finding her people at William and Mary and always having someone to go to chick-fil-a with! Lauren’s favorite part of her position is seeing the new members build great friendships and grow in Phi Mu.

Julia Pratt

Director of Harm Reduction and Prevention

Julia is a junior at the College majoring in Religious Studies and Psychology. She has two passions on campus: Phi Mu, her beloved sisterhood, and AMP, the main programming board for the campus. Her favorite part of being in Phi Mu is the lasting bond she had made with her sisters, especially her twin, who she couldn't live without. She feels that without the close friendships she has made in Phi Mu, her college experience wouldn't have been the same!

Elizabeth Pokol

Provisional Member Director

Elizabeth is a history and economics double major. Her favorite part about Phi Mu is getting to see all the wonderful things Phi Mu does on a national level. It’s awe inspiring to see women all across the country come together to make collegiate women the best they can be. Being Phi Director has been an amazing experience for Elizabeth as she enjoys sharing her Phi Mu love with others. She’s extremely grateful for all the lifelong friends and memories made here in Gamma Alpha!

Lilliana Starsiak

Social Chair

Lilliana Starsiak is a junior majoring in kinesiology with the premed track. She grew up in Connecticut and hopes to go into dermatology after medical school. Her favorite part about being the Social Chair for Phi Mu is getting to plan social events that are memorable and fun for the whole chapter.

Marina Schlosser
